As Chief Executive Officer, Arelis's role at WeCare 365 is to ensure that the organizational structure operates smoothly and aligns with the Massachusetts Adult Foster Care guidelines. She works closely with the leadership team to develop strategic processes and workflows tailored to fit the organization’s infrastructure and address the needs and demands of the diverse populations served by the WeCare 365 Adult Foster Care program.

Gabriella is an established and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer with a strong history in the healthcare industry. With over 30 years of experience, she has a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand exposure. Gabriella oversees the organization’s marketing initiatives to ensure effective communication with key stakeholders. She leads and collaborates with a talented team of marketing professionals to develop and execute campaign initiatives that resonate with the communities WeCare 365 serves.
Chief Financial Officer
Amy plays a leading role in business development, contracting and finance for WeCare 365. She has more than 25 years of experience in health care, both on the provider and payor side of the equation providing her unique insight into all customers served by our organization. Amy’s commitment to safely aging in place and advocacy for our members is a priority in everything she does.
President & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Kayed Khalil oversees the day-to-day management of quality as it relates to the integrity of WeCare 365 clinical evaluation tools, claims, and database management. Dr. Khalil has over 35 years of business experience in multiple sectors including engineering, project development and oversight, Peace Activist, and Children’s book author. Most recently, Dr. Khalil retired from clinical practice in the area of Chiropractic where his focus was healing and supporting his patients.
Determines clinical eligibility for the program upon completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) Assessment; Responsible for developing an individualized care plan; Follows the individual in the home and provides clinical counsel and education as needed.
Determines if the individual is living in a safe and suitable home with a qualified Caregiver upon completion of assessments; Available to guide and provide resources to Caregivers and Individuals in need; Responsible for making sure Caregivers and Individuals follow Care Plan developed by RN.
Assists Care Managers and Registered Nurses in fulfilling their Monthly Visit Schedules. Community Support Specialists may fill in for a Level I or Level II monthly AFC visit.
